About Pallagatti Adavappa Arts College Tiptur
When the Kalpataru Vidya Samsthe Trust was formed in 1962, to administer Kalpataru College, it offered all the three streams of arts, science and commerce. The college flourished for two decades until the strength exceeded 2,500 students. The college had to be bifurcated according to the directions of the collegiate education. So, an independent college for the Arts and Commerce streams was established in the year 1982 and was named after the founder president and philanthropist, Pallagatti Adavappa, while, the science college retained the name Kalpataru.

KALPATARU VIDYA SAMSTHE (R), TIPTUR (ESTD.1961) :
Kalpataru Vidya Samsthe, an important centre for higher education has dispersed knowledge to the local rural masses for nearly six decades and has grown from strength to strength over these years. KVS is instrumental in putting Tiptur on the map of the academia. Today, the Management is flourishing with eight sister institutions one more reputed than the other.

Dear students and stakeholders, warm Greetings! It is with a profound sense of humility and privilege that I address this message as the newly designated Principal in this prestigious institute. I feel truly fumbled that I have been bestowed with the great responsibility of leading this institution to the dazzling and sparkling shores of renown and grandeur.

Kalpataru Vidya Samsthe synonyms to instilling discipline and is a reflection aiming to groom, nurture and churnout the best in its potential knowledge seeker who are entrusted to our care. We firmly believe in gives our learners strong values along with a set a wings that may carry them far and wide. Hence we prepare and mould them first as social beings and then scholars. We leave no stone unturned to awaken the latent talents of our students and hone them to perfection.

The pandemic caused by Covid-19 has inevitably brought in a word-wide unprecedented eruption in all walks of our life and has not spared any sector of the economy. Changing with the change and problem well-handled could be an opportunity in disguise is the novel lesion that this pandamie has taught to all of us. Despite all these challenges, our academic mentors are mindful of constantly making every effort to reach out the teaching learning needs of the students. Though times do not last for long. Adversity will make you reaffirm to change your goals, remain optimistic and creatively thrive the situation.

The Enlightened Management, well qualified mentors and adequate infrastructure that are conducive to learning will help you realize and unleash your potential. Whatever turn your life might take, I am confident that your ambitions will find their bearing at this temple of learning.
